Some items from the US have arrived in a timely manner and others from the same retailer disappear. They can be traced to entering Thailand at Laksi then who knows? But like I said, the newest update in USPS Tracking site is showing that package departed Bangkok, TH and in-transit. So i recently went to Bangkok and did some crazy street shopping there! This doesn't work with USPS Tracking Number.If Thailand Post claims that it is not yet in their system (assuming it was sent with a tracking number, not just ordinary US post) the seller has to ask USPS to trace it as they have paid for that tracking service! I've also contact the cosmetic company for refund but clearly that they won't allow it since the package has been shipped.
