The fact though that you were moved to a higher floor "quickly" does not support the comment that the staff was nonchalant about the incident. Not the best neighborhood.Dover Beach hotel was a great stay. A beautiful stretch of white-sand shoreline is adjacent to the property, but the hotel lacks its own official slice of beachfront.
